Metropolis Sound and Lighting CC was started by Mikael Naidoo in 2005, as an Eventing company. We soon diversified and launched a Consulting division to operate alongside Eventing, and by 2007 expanded our offerings even further with Metropolis Installations. Early 2008 the need for a custom systems integrator became apparent, and so Metropolis Manufacturing was born. 2009 sees the expansion of our Procurements (Imports) Division.
It has been of utmost importance to us to fill the needs of the pro-audio/entertainment industry. Therefore we have opened divisions to cater for each need, ranging from the manufacture of power distribution, to the design and implementation of systems for club environments. We strive to create easy solutions for our clients needs.

We offer Installation and Sale of Pro-Audio, Lighting, and Video as well as Integration Products for Nightclubs, Houses of Worship, Hotels, Boardrooms, Conference Venues, Stadiums etc. We currently Import a variety of Products to support the Manufacturing Department, and are vastly expanding this Division. Metropolis has experience in Project Management and Design of top level concert systems on multiple levels - From complete digital systems with total networkability to traditional analogue systems, to the design and implementation of high-end lighting rigs. Mikael Naidoo and Kirsten Schlebusch have stayed active in the Eventing Industry while the company expanded and diversified.
